In terms of interior design, the XPeng X9 extended-range version will continue to feature a 17.3-inch central control screen and a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel, and will utilize the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P cockpit chip. The overall interior layout is consistent with the pure electric version, offering a rose red and beige interior color scheme. The vehicle will also feature a newly designed steering wheel, which is smaller and more compact than the pure electric version, and includes function buttons on both sides. The second row offers dual zero-gravity seats, with seat function adjustment buttons located on the inside of the armrests. Additionally, the new vehicle will be equipped with a 21.4-inch second-row entertainment screen. The third row supports seat adjustment, backrest folding, and flip-down storage, and can be folded down in a 4/6 split.

In terms of power, the new vehicle will be equipped with a range-extending system consisting of a 1.5T range extender (model DAM15NTE) and an electric motor. The engine has a maximum power of 110kW, and the electric motor has a maximum power of 210kW. It features a 63.3kWh battery pack and a 60L fuel tank. The CLTC-rated range is 452km, the combined range is 1602km, and the fuel consumption is 6.4L/100km.
