The new vehicle features a five-seat design and offers both range-extended and pure electric powertrains.
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a completely new front face design, with deep headlights equipped with dual LED light sources and a continuous daytime running light strip in the center. Vertical air intakes on both sides enhance the visual appeal of the front, and these sections also conceal driver assistance blue lights. Additionally, the front of thE Car is equipped with an external projector. The side profile is largely consistent with the AION V, and both models have the same wheelbase. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4685/1854/1660mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2775mm, making it significantly larger than the AION V. The rearview mirrors feature driver assistance blue lights, and 18-inch and 19-inch wheels are available as options.
Inside, the new car adopts a minimalist design style similar to the AION V, featuring a two-tone color scheme. The interior is available in three colors: oatmeal white, warm velvet light brown, and Tahitian gray, with 32-color ambient lighting creating a warm, homey atmosphere. The new car offers a simplified scroll wheel steering wheel, a square floating center console screen and instrument panel, and two wireless charging pads below the screen. In terms of driver assistance, the new car is equipped with GAC's GSD intelligent driving assistance system, supporting highway NDA and HPA intelligent parking functions, enabling entry and exit from ramps and lane changes.
In terms of power, the new car offers two powertrain options: pure electric and range-extended. The range-extended version is equipped with a 1.5L engine with a maximum power of 74kW. The CLTC has a pure electric range of 210km and a combined range of 1240km, with a fuel consumption of 5.5L/100km when the battery is depleted. The electric motor has a maximum power of 180kW and can charge from 30% to 80% in 15 minutes. The new car also features a front MacPherson strut and a rear five-link independent suspension.
