Appearance
The Qin L features a flatter exterior with new headlights and a gloss black connecting panel. The larger front grille features a dot-matrix chrome trim and flanking ventilation slots, giving it a more sporty look compared to the Qin PLUS. The Qin L adopts a two-stage waistline, with a fastback rear end. The rear end features a new through-type light strip and an illuminated "BYD" logo. Dimensionally, the Qin L measures 4830 mm in length, 1900 mm in width, and 1495 mm in height, respectively, with a 2790 mm wheelbase. Available in four exterior colors: Ice Amber Green, Jian Kiln Purple, Runyu White, and Smoky Crystal Gray.
Interior
The new car features a completely new interior design, which BYD officials claim draws inspiration from Chinese landscape paintings. The Qin L's cabin evokes a "landscape painting" experience, blending the dynamic spirit of oriental landscapes with modern technology. A new three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and wireless phone charging further address the needs of today's customers. Available in Haoyuemi and Xuanwu Gray, the Qin L features a more streamlined center console, an embedded 8.8-inch full LCD instrument panel, and a floating center console with varying specifications depending on the model. The car is also equipped with the DiLink intelligent connectivity system.
